How long have you worked in accounting, finance, and/or tech? Recruiting?

9 years in recruiting

How were you introduced to the recruiting industry?

I pursued my interest in recruiting, found a position with a great training program and, as they say, the rest is history 🙂

Why do you look forward to working in accounting, finance or tech talent acquisition?

I look forward to working within accounting and finance talent acquisition so I can utilize my diverse skill set to add value to a critical function within any organization.

If you were to provide advice to peers in accounting, finance, or tech seeking to develop their careers, what would it be?

Hone your skills but don’t neglect the people side of the role.

My great friend and new colleague Sonia Sekhon and also, the amazing Sarah Sachs!

How do you plan on developing the DeWinter Group? What are your goals for the coming year?

I look forward to sharing our amazing brand while growing our client base. My goal is to work hard in learning the finance side and positioning myself as a trusted and respected Consultant for DeWinter.

I look forward to building my personal and professional network in order to better position myself and DeWinter as a trusted business partner.

What’s your favorite thing to do in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley?

Spend time with my husband, kids, and friends at the beaches, playing a little beach volleyball, experiencing our beautiful Mountains and camping….yes, I camp LOL

What did you originally want to be when you grew up?

An Archeologist and a Stunt Woman
