The DeWinter Group Expands Retained Search Practice, DeWinter Partners, Hiring Brieanne Traube and Gianna Brasil

The DeWinter Group is proud to announce that given the expressed need for highly qualified, executive talent from Bay Area venture capital, private equity, and late-stage companies, DeWinter Partners introduces Brieanne Traube and Gianna Brasil.

Since 2000 the DeWinter Group’s retained search practice, DeWinter Partners, has worked with hundreds of venture capital, private equity, and later stage Bay Area companies to identify highly qualified professionals for their emerging financial and tech leadership roles. As of August 2018, we are proud to announce that given a growing and expressed need for executive-level accounting, finance and information technology professional search services, we are growing our team to meet the needs of our respected and dedicated clients across the Bay by introducing two Bay Area talent acquisition leaders, Brieanne Traube and Gianna Brasil.

Brieanne Traube joins DeWinter Partners as the division’s first ever Director of Business Development after spending ten years working in business development and client relationship management within the financial services sector. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge pertaining to executive-level talent acquisition strategy and an extensive network of professional relationships with premier Bay Area executives. Ms. Traube will work with both existing and prospective clients to create strategic approaches to identifying executive-level leadership with the skill sets necessary to advance later stage start-up companies.

Gianna Brasil joins the DeWinter Group’s retained search practice with over 9 years of experience in internal and external recruiting. After earning her Juris Doctorate and launching her career in law, she transitioned into recruiting in 2005 and has since worked with organizations to develop growing organizations’ legal, tech, and financial services talent pipelines. In her new role at the DeWinter Group, Ms. Brasil will serve as an Executive Recruiter supporting DeWinter Partners leadership team. She will be responsible for conducting client and vertical-specific research, as well as the sourcing and assessment of executive professionals.

Gianna joined the DeWinter Group’s San Francisco office on August 13. Brieanne will be joining the DeWinter Group’s San Francisco office, as well, on August 20.
