About the Opportunity:

Our client is a leader in their industry and is looking for a skilled Salesforce Solution Consultant  to join their team for a contract engagement. This project involves providing critical support for the organization’s pre-sales operations, leading solution architecture, and ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team to rapidly build out functionality. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business processes and desired improvements into effective technical specifications and actionable requirements.
  • Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models to support business requirements and ensure clean architecture.
  • Agile Development Support: Segment user stories into actionable work items for developers and admins within a scrum/sprint model; facilitate development by providing demos and answering technical questions.
  • Configuration: Technically develop Salesforce configurations (flows, security config, etc.) for proof-of-concept work.
  • Documentation & Review: Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment between outcomes and technical implementation, while maintaining documentation standards for solution designs.
Required Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5+ years of combined experience as a Salesforce Consultant and/or Administrator, with demonstrated hands-on configuration skills.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or Revenue Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-focused field.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and synchronization, including familiarity with middleware such as Boomi or Workato.
  • Experience communicating with IT stakeholders, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed system/functional design documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain solutions to both non-technical and technical audiences.
