Our client provides original equipment manufacturers with a broad array of services including design, engineering, system assembly, testing, and global supply chain management.

The Financial Analyst provides financial reporting and analysis primarily for the sales functions as well as other functions and departments. Produces recurring reports, tracks key financial data and analyzes sales and business strategies for the company.


  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Provide timely and accurate information for internal and external reporting
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of financial reports; cash flow
  • Analyze results, looking for trends and variances, which are to be communicated timely to management, and provide financial guidance in addressing them
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating plans
  • Create models of cash flow and analysis, all to support short-term and long-term planning
  • Improve upon existing and create new financial reporting as needed
  • Understand and fulfill financial information needs across all departments of the company
  • Create continuous automation of reporting to ensure the most accurate and efficient delivery of information to management
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • 2 years, minimum, experience in corporate finance; international business exposure preferred
  • Solid experience in budgeting in a growing multi-unit organization
  • Project management in finance and systems arenas
  • Strong analytic, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent database reporting and modeling skills
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft office products
  • Highest standard of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation abilities
  • SAP, Traverse, and Excel experience or knowledge
  • Intensive knowledge of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Passion to learn new things
