Upon graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and marketing in 2005, Blair Rodriguez started her career selling Bonds on Wall Street, working in both New York City and Chicago on a variety of teams. In December 2014, she accepted a role with a multinational investment bank as Senior Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income Sales, where she worked for two years and generated an annual profit of over $2M. In late 2014, Blair took a step back from the fast-paced life of bond trading to take a sabbatical and work in Italy with the Worldwide Organization of Organic Farming (WWOOF), where she learned the art of wine production. In 2015, she moved to the Bay Area and applied her experiences working in Italy to consult with a variety of vineyards in Napa. In April 2017, she decided to move back into corporate America and accepted her first role in recruiting as an Account Manager for a well-known transactional staffing company and has since moved on to the DeWinter Group's consulting division, DeWinter Consulting
, working with Bay Area employers to assist with identifying consultants and contract resources to augment project-based initiatives.
Outside of work, Blair spends most of her time with her husband, son, and two dogs, Hank and June. She is also a level 3 Sommelier and spends much of her time learning all that she can about wine.
