Job Summary:
You will be responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of business applications to support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex application ecosystems, a deep understanding of business processes, and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for business applications, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications.
- Manage a team of business application analysts and developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and prioritize projects.
- Oversee system integrations and data management processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices for application management.
- Proven experience in managing and leading business applications teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and their integration with business processes.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
