Business Systems Analyst (Marketing Systems)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role will focus on supporting and optimizing our marketing systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing technologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document marketing system requirements and processes.
- Configure and maintain marketing systems, including Marketo and other related tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing system users.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and system usage.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Marketo support experience.
- Marketo Admin certification.
- Familiarity with a marketing tech stack (e.g., Marketo, Customer.io, Clay, Outreach, LeanData).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay rate: $45 - $60 per hour.
