Job Description:
As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch.
This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager.

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels using Braze. Includes owning the QA review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors. Cross-functional
- Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft and efficiency for future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
Tool Expertise:
- Leverage Braze and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
Requirements Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
- 2-3 years of ESP Experience (i.e. Braze, Iterable, Hubspot) required
- 1 year of Braze experience required
