Job Summary:
This role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, overseeing accounting functions, and providing key financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting leadership and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance operations, currently a Director of Accounting, Assistant Controller, or Controller.
- BA/BS in Business or related field with an emphasis in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- A valid CPA, CMA, or other related accounting designation.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- $150,000 - $180,000 annually
