Job Summary:
This role will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, managing accounting functions, and providing key financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- $120,000 - $155,000 annually
