As a key member of the Finance Shared Services organization, the Data Quality Analyst ensures the integrity of the company's Installed Base and Service Contract data within Oracle, which records all product and contract sales. This role also involves creating and maintaining Customer and Vendor Master Data in Oracle and NetSuite. Success in this position requires building strong relationships with various departments across the Supply Chain, including Sales, Order Operations, IT, Product Management, Customer Care, Engineering, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain new and existing Vendor records in Oracle and NetSuite.
- Create and maintain new and existing Customer records in Oracle.
- Manage the integrity of Installed Base and Service Contract databases within Oracle, including necessary manual updates.
- Collaborate with business partners to define requirements for customer installed base/contract updates, ensuring compliance with operational models and internal policies.
- Partner with Product Management to manage product life cycle activities.
- Validate eligibility for license/product upgrade programs and complete unlock/transfers as required.
- Research and resolve product database inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Perform various ad hoc root cause analysis activities, including special projects and reports.
- Analyze operational processes for efficiency, improvement, scalability, and transition, coordinating with IT for system solutions.
- Develop cross-organizational relationships, influencing other teams and designing collaborations to drive operational excellence.
- Design and perform regression testing for Oracle Installed Base IT updates.
- Participate in internal controls and annual audits with external audit firms.
- Support the Finance organization in meeting business requirements as needed, including activities outside of Data Quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the technology industry.
- Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a preference for Oracle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
- Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

- Exhibit an inquisitive nature, driven to explore discrepancies and understand root causes.
