Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internal data sources and tools to deeply understand, visualize, and build methodologies to estimate additional leads and revenue through improvement tests from digital to phone sales.
  • Collaborate with B2B and B2C analytics teams to support the development of comprehensive funnel view dashboards from various digital surfaces to phone/chat, ensuring inclusion of key KPIs, definitions, segments, and metrics for ICX.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, commerce, and sales teams to drive test strategies and ensure the opportunity sizing and instrumentation of each use case.
  • Maximize the use of JIRA, Wiki, and Slack to manage project execution and handle official requests across teams.
  • Quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the results of test strategies and use cases and report the learnings and insights to relevant teams to inform future strategies.
 
Requirements:
  • Data Guru: Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize funnel performance from digital to phone sales and build methodologies to estimate additional revenue.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capability to ensure multi-functional alignment of goals and execution to drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives.
  • Strong Collaborator: Ability to work with marketing, product management, and sales teams to drive digital sales strategies.
  • Project Driver: Proficiency in using JIRA and Wiki to manage project execution and handle official requests across teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Skill in tracking KPIs and evaluating the results of strategies and use cases to inform future initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the structure and key features of general e-commerce websites
  • Basic knowledge of different digital journeys for multiple customer segments
  • Ability to create design mockups to propose improved digital experiences (experience with Xd or Figma is a plus).
  • Knowledge of user targeting methods and web content personalization, and understanding of implementation requirements for static pages, A/B testing tools, and performance tracking
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multiple data dashboards and quick learning ability (mainly Adobe Analytics and Power BI); ability to use dashboards and analytics tools to track and understand digital performance affecting lead generation in the funnel.
  • Ability to build basic methodologies to size business opportunities
  • Ability to define business challenges in the current digital experience, formulate hypotheses, and plan improvement proposals.
