Director, GTM Finance & Strategy

Job Summary:
This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to optimize performance, inform strategic decisions, and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, GTM strategy, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for go-to-market (GTM) teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor GTM performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with GTM leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to inform GTM strategy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Support pricing and packaging strategies, including impact analysis of price changes and promotions.
- Build financial models to assess the ROI of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and other GTM investments.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making.
