Workplace Experience Coordinator
Contract to Hire - 5 days a week onsite - Manhattan, NYC. 

Our client, a leading company in the financial services space located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires being onsite five days a week and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment.


Office Supply & Inventory Management

• Own all office supply ordering, including snacks, beverages, kitchen supplies, office supplies, cleaning items, etc.
• Manage recurring Costco and Amazon orders; maintain appropriate inventory levels and adjust on usage trends
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries; ensure items are properly stored and easy to access
• Track spend and submit receipts for reconciliation where needed

• Restock the fridge, pantry, and snack stations throughout the day with organized items
• Set up weekly breakfast/lunch offerings, including arranging catering and coordinating set-up and clean-up
• Maintain stocked and tidy common areas
• Run and unload dishwasher regularly

• Perform regular walk-throughs of office to tidy shared spaces
• Take initiative to clean spills, remove clutter, and address maintenance issues promptly
• Help with onsite visitors and greet candidates
• Coordinate with building maintenance to handle any issues or needs, escalate issues as necessary
• Assist with trash efforts when needed, particularly after meals
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs

• Set up, break down, and reset spaces for meetings, events, and meals
• Keep office supply drawers and spaces stocked
• Assist with light errands or special request the support the office experience
