Workplace Experience Coordinator
Contract to Hire - 5 days a week onsite - Manhattan, NYC.
Our client, a leading company in the financial services space located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires being onsite five days a week and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative workplace environment.
Office Supply & Inventory Management
- Own all office supply ordering, including snacks, beverages, kitchen supplies, office supplies, cleaning items, etc.
- Manage recurring Costco and Amazon orders; maintain appropriate inventory levels and adjust on usage trends
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries; ensure items are properly stored and easy to access
- Track spend and submit receipts for reconciliation where needed
- Restock the fridge, pantry, and snack stations throughout the day with organized items
- Set up weekly breakfast/lunch offerings, including arranging catering and coordinating set-up and clean-up
- Maintain stocked and tidy common areas
- Run and unload dishwasher regularly
- Perform regular walk-throughs of office to tidy shared spaces
- Take initiative to clean spills, remove clutter, and address maintenance issues promptly
- Help with onsite visitors and greet candidates
- Coordinate with building maintenance to handle any issues or needs, escalate issues as necessary
- Assist with trash efforts when needed, particularly after meals
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs
Facilities Support
- Set up, break down, and reset spaces for meetings, events, and meals
- Keep office supply drawers and spaces stocked
- Assist with light errands or special request the support the office experience
