Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
This role will be critical in managing daily accounting functions, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- $150,000 - $180,000 annually
