Job Summary:
The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will play a critical part in driving the company's financial health and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree required with demonstrated superior college performance (preferably in an analytical field such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.).
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years post-college experience with demonstrated success at increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- $200,000 - $220,000 per year
