Finance Manager (FP&A)

Napa, CA (Hybrid, 3 to 4 days per week)
Job Summary:
This role will be critical in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, excellent modeling skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead the annual budget planning process and monitor performance against budget.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial planning software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
