Job Summary:
This onsite role will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund accounting, public accounting, or in-house finance at an investment firm, and will be capable of providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist with audits and tax preparations.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, or in-house finance at an investment firm.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary range: $130,000 - $190,000 per year.
