Job Description:
The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly.
Your responsibilities in this role are…
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage and optimize our integration pipeline by closely coordinating with cross-functional teams to accurately forecast and maximize our team's integration capacity. Integration
- Scoping: Clearly define and scope new integration projects, ensuring you deeply understand merchant requirements and successfully translate them into actionable integration plans.
- Merchant Onboarding: Lead and directly support merchants through onboarding, providing exceptional service to ensure smooth and efficient integration onto our platform.
- Project Ownership & Success: Drive the success of New Verticals integrations by proactively coordinating initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders to achieve timely and successful launches.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration blockers. Escalate effectively when needed to maintain seamless progression of projects.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate with external New Verticals partners, expertly managing these relationships and continuously improving implementation processes.
- Platform Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert in integrations on our Drive platform, deeply understanding technical details, capabilities, and opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Technical: 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and web hooks
- Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
- Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communications
