M&A Finance Manager

Job Summary:
This role will be instrumental in leading financial due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for deal-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence processes for M&A transactions, including analyzing financial statements, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing detailed reports.
- Develop financial models to evaluate transaction value, assess synergies, and forecast post-acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operations, to ensure a comprehensive due diligence process.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Support post-acquisition integration activities, ensuring a smooth transition and realization of synergies.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- $140,000 - $200,000 annually
