Job Description:
The Product Delivery team designs and deploys the systems, tools, and processes needed to migrate acquired customers to the platform; our goal is to accelerate the migration journey and provide an overall exceptional experience for our internal and external customers. As a member of the Product Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in the execution phase of our current migration initiative, as well as stepping in to gather requirements and conduct impact analyses to build automation for upcoming initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Document end-to-end workflow for new or changing processes
- Engage SMEs to write requirements for enhancements and automation initiatives
- Assess how changes or challenges impact the program, work with stakeholders to align on and implement a solution
- Load customer data into migration tool
- Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
- Provide daily, timely support to internal stakeholders
- Lead collaborative program team meetings to drive progress
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
What you need to succeed:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience documenting end-to-end processes, gathering/writing requirements, and conducting impact analyses.
- Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions, connecting the dots, and becoming the resident expert on the processes you manage.
- Excellent communication and time management
- To be detail oriented
