Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee our Workday and VNDLY platforms. You will play a critical role in defining the product roadmap, managing configurations, and ensuring seamless integration between systems to support our contingent workforce management and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM administration and hands-on experience with contingent workforce tooling such as VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective product solutions. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for Workday and VNDLY, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Configure and maintain VNDLY and Workday HCM modules, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and other departments to understand requirements and translate them into product enhancements.
- Manage integrations between Workday, VNDLY, and other related systems.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience configuring contingent workforce tooling (VNDLY, Beeline, or Fieldglass) in addition to core Workday HCM administration.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and contingent workforce management processes.
- Experience with system integrations and data management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
