Job Summary:
You will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and providing data-driven insights to support our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong generalist background in sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
- Administer and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support business goals.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning for the sales organization.
- 5-6+ years of Sales Operations experience, ideally in a Manager or above capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Generalist experience in various aspects of sales operations (e.g., CRM management, reporting, process improvement).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
