Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our users. This role involves configuration, customization, and ongoing support of our Salesforce instance to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
- Assist in data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleanup.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features.
- Document Salesforce processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionality.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- $35 - $50 per hour
