SEC Reporting Manager

Fremont, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)
Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of all SEC reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and providing technical accounting expertise to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports.
- Manage technical accounting matters.
- Administer equity programs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.
- 5-7+ years of experience in accounting.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required (SaaS/software experience is not applicable).
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting.
