Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely reports to management.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
Compensation:
- Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
