Job Summary:
You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our IT systems align with organizational goals, especially in the areas of security and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and business processes. You will translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, with a focus on IT, Security, and Compliance needs, translating them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT and Security & Compliance teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving business process improvements.
- Design and recommend IT system solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to support system development and implementation.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, effectively translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable business solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on IT systems and Security & Compliance.
- Experience working with IT and Security & Compliance teams to drive business process improvements.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable business solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Knowledge of IT systems and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
$60-$70 per hour.
