Senior Manager, Accounting Operations

Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid: 3 to 4 days onsite per week)
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Accounting Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing Accounts Payable (AP) and Payroll functions. This is a critical role for a "fixer" who can revamp and rebuild existing processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager with expertise in Coupa and a preference for manufacturing industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions and teams.
- Rebuild and improve processes within the accounting operations department.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable.
- Ability to "fix" and improve broken processes.
- Coupa experience is a plus.
- 160k-190k
