Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead the design of user-centered products and features, from concept to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, create intuitive user interfaces, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new and existing product features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- 4+ years of experience designing, shipping, and iterating on mobile applications or software at the level of features/products for an entire end-to-end experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
