Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the integration and optimization of AI-driven platforms, including Moveworks and Glean, within our enterprise ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing employee experiences, and streamlining operations through cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for AI platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams—including IT, HR, Operations, and Engineering—to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive adoption of AI solutions.
- Platform Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of Moveworks Agent Studio and Glean's Apps, Agents, and Prompts into existing workflows and systems.
- AI & ML Oversight: Collaborate with information security and AI teams to ensure the effective deployment of GenAI Technologies, natural language processing, machine learning, and large language models.
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced user experiences through AI technologies.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the impact of AI initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and value realization.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
Experience:
- 5+ years in product management, with a focus on enterprise applications and digital transformation.
- Experience with AI platforms like Moveworks and Glean is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise collaboration tools
