Job Summary:
This entry-level role will involve assisting in various software-related tasks, including asset management, contract review, and supporting software deployments. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating software asset inventory.
- Support the review and tracking of software-related contracts.
- Help with the deployment and troubleshooting of software applications.
- Gather and document software requirements from stakeholders.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users.
- Assist in generating reports on software usage and compliance.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- SAM Experience.
- Familiarity with software-related contracts.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of software concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
