Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the software asset inventory database.
- Support the tracking of software licenses, entitlements, and usage.
- Help ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
- Assist in the procurement and deployment of software assets.
- Generate reports on software asset usage and compliance.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to software asset management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with software-related contracts.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of software licensing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
