Technical Program Manager - EDI

Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for leading and managing EDI-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration of EDI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of EDI standards and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full life cycle of EDI projects, from initiation to deployment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.
- Manage EDI integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues and incidents.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EDI standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on EDI.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols.
- Experience with EDI mapping, translation, and testing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with EDI software and tools is a plus.
- Pay rate: $75 - $90 per hour.
