Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned UAT Program Manager to join the Integrated Operations PMO to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution across large-scale cross-functional initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that end-to-end business validation is planned, executed, and governed effectively, enabling successful product and capability rollouts. The UAT Program Manager will lead the coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and PMO, ensuring testing readiness, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment throughout the UAT lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is a structured program manager with experience running UAT at scale, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. This role supports the successful delivery of critical change initiatives by providing UAT strategy, execution oversight, and readiness governance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead UAT Strategy & Governance:
Partner with IT, PMO teams, and business stakeholders to define UAT framework, entrance/exit criteria, roles, schedule, and strategy. Ensure alignment with overall project timelines and business goals. Facilitate UAT sign-off processes and drive accountability across stakeholder groups
  • Drive Testing Readiness:
Oversee the development and coordination of test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation. Ensure test environments, access, and tester onboarding are completed in advance of execution. Maintain traceability and alignment between test plans and business requirements
  • Provide Oversight & Coordination on UAT Execution:
Manage UAT tester rosters, kickoff logistics, and scheduling. Support day-to-day execution by tracking test case completion, logging and escalating defects, and providing ongoing tester support. Deliver daily execution status reports and consolidate results summaries
  • Ensure Communication & Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as the central point of coordination between business users, IT, and PMO for all UAT-related activities. Provide proactive updates, maintain issue and escalation logs, and facilitate regular status checkpoints to ensure transparency and responsiveness
  • Business Scenario Development:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define real-world validation scenarios that reflect post-launch business use. Ensure traceability of scenarios back to business requirements and intended outcomes.
  • Collaborative Ownership with Test & Technical Partners:
Ensure seamless handoff and continuity from technical/system testing to UAT. Partner on test environment readiness, data access, and risk mitigation planning.
  • Support Continuous Improvement:
Capture lessons learned, refine UAT playbooks, and contribute to the standardization of tools and templates across initiatives. Identify execution gaps or resource needs and provide recommendations for ongoing process maturity
Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in program or project management with a strong focus on UAT or testing coordination for enterprise initiatives
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented, with strong execution skills and a focus on results.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional testing efforts involving business, IT, and PMO stakeholders with both execution and adoption focus.
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation abilities
  • Experience working in partnership with project/program managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Asana, JIRA, SPM, or similar
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and change management principles is a plus
