Job Summary:
This pivotal role will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as providing key insights to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Partner with other departments to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
- At least fifteen years progressive accounting experience with more than five years at senior management level in a manufacturing environment, ideally with thorough working knowledge of the medical device industry.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business.
- $225,000 - $260,000 annually
