Job Description:

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for all Workday production issues, including troubleshooting and resolving user problems, data discrepancies, and system errors.
  • Manage and maintain Workday business processes by reviewing, updating, and ensuring their efficiency and compliance with business needs.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain Workday reports, including custom reports, matrix reports, and dashboards, using Workday Report Writer.
  • Create and manage calculated fields to support various reporting and integration requirements.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules and their configurations.
  • Administer and configure Workday security, including configurable security, to ensure data integrity and access control.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Possess knowledge of EIBs and Workday Integrations, with the ability to review integration logs to identify root causes.
  • Investigate and resolve Workday integration errors, particularly those stemming from data issues.
  • Assist the People Analytics team with frequent Workday data queries needed for executive reports.
  • Answer new hire and onboarding-related questions from the recruiting team during US business hours.
  • Participate in system upgrades and new feature testing to ensure a smooth transition and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Document and maintain support procedures, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday certification in HCM, Reporting, or Security.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio).
  • Knowledge of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, or Payroll Configurations for PECI.
  • Experience with a large-scale Workday implementation or post-production support.
 
 
Skills: Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including but not limited to organizational structures, compensation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to process flows.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and the creation of various report types.
  • Strong expertise in Workday calculated fields and their application in reporting and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday configurable security and its practical application.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
