What to Expect If You Receive an Offer
Once your start date is confirmed with your Account Manager, our dedicated Consultant Support team will email you with a list of onboarding tasks to be completed prior to your first day.
Keep an eye out for the email from support@dewintergroup.com requesting the completion of the following items:

Paylocity RegistrationList Item 1
Paylocity is where you will fill out your Onboarding Documents, update your W-4, Direct Deposit, and I-9. On your start date, you will be able to enroll or waive your benefits through Paylocity. You will have 30 days to make your elections.

Background CheckList Item 2
Before your contract begins, you will receive an email from our background check company, Checkr. Please click on the link provided in the email to complete your information so there is no delay.

Bullhorn Time and Expense RegistrationList Item 3
Upon joining DeWinter Consulting, you will be added in our timekeeping system, Bullhorn Time & Expense (BTE). On your first day, you will receive registration and time entry details from the Consultant Support Team.

Sick Leave
Eligibility:
- Dependent upon worksite location.
- 1st of the month following 90 days of work.

401K
Eligibility:
- 1st of the month following 90 days of work.
Summary
- Employees are auto-enrolled at a 5% contribution.
- Employees can contribute a percentage or pre-determined amount of their weekly earnings in compliance with IRS determined 401K maximums.
