As one of DeWinter’s earliest team members, Josh was instrumental in launching and growing the firm’s retained executive search practice, successfully completing more than 100 leadership searches for venture- and private equity-backed, high-growth organizations across the Bay Area and beyond.
A recognized leader in Finance & Accounting recruiting, Josh is driven by two core passions: helping companies secure the finance and G&A talent that powers their next chapter of growth, and mentoring the next generation of recruiters to lead with integrity, curiosity, and partnership.
