Mallory brings a people-first approach to executive search, combining her background in leadership, talent acquisition, and recruiting to help companies build teams that can make a lasting impact.

Prior to joining DeWinter, Mallory spent more than a decade leading teams and recruiting talent for large, complex organizations. That experience on the other side of the hiring table gives her a unique perspective on what companies need from their leaders—and what candidates are looking for in their next opportunity.

As part of DeWinter’s retained executive search practice, Mallory specializes in placing Finance, Accounting, and G&A leaders across high-growth and evolving organizations. She is passionate about understanding the story behind each search and building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the process.

Known for her energy, curiosity, and competitive spirit, Mallory approaches every search as a true partnership. For her, the most rewarding part of recruiting is creating connections that extend well beyond a single placement.

Outside of work, Mallory stays busy with her two young children and bi-coastal family. Depending on the season, you can find her enjoying a glass of wine on Lake Tahoe or hitting the ski slopes with her family.
