Qian brings nearly a decade of finance & accounting recruiting experience and has been with DeWinter since 2021. She takes a strategic, relationship-driven approach to retained executive search, specializing in working with hypergrowth, VC- and PE-backed startups and publicly traded companies. She excels at partnering with CEOs, CFOs, investors, and boards during pivotal, transformational phases of a company's growth trajectory, helping them identify and attract the G&A leadership needed to execute on their value creation strategies.
