Tonya Salerno is a Recruiting Manager with DeWinter's Boston division. Graduating as a proud Husky from Northeastern University, she has been in the staffing industry since 2011. Specializing in Accounting, Finance, HR, and Administrative hiring, she focuses on supporting candidates in their job search for contract, contract-to-hire, permanent, and fractional roles from entry-level graduates to C-suite leaders.
What do you like to do for fun?
I love spending time with my family and friends, especially if it revolves around nature (beaches, hiking) and great food! In my own time, you can usually find me on a yoga mat, tending to my garden, or curled up with a good book.
What was your first job?
I grew up working for our family’s restaurant, where I learned early how to juggle a little bit of everything from prepping dumplings and cleaning veggies in the kitchen to answering phones and running the cash register out front.
