Accountant

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue monthly invoices in a timely manner; record customer payments and manage accounts receivable.

Process accounts payable transactions, record cash postings, and perform bank reconciliations.

Support the documentation and maintenance of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.

Assist with departmental and organizational analyses, reports, and ad-hoc projects as needed.

1–3 years of accounting experience.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
-
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and all levels of management.
-
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-
Experience with expense management software preferred.
