We are seeking an experienced Temporary Accounting Specialist to focus intensively on clearing a backlog of complex bank reconciliations within our Workday ERP system. This assignment is critical due to the high volume and diverse nature of college operations, which includes reconciling accounts related to tuition, rental income/lease payments, HSA/FSA, donations, and retail/bookstore sales. The ideal candidate must possess an analytical background and extensive, proven success executing complex Workday bank reconciliations. Higher education experience and adaptability to troubleshoot system or process discrepancies are highly preferred, as this role requires navigating the nuances of a higher education main operational headquarters environment. This temporary support is vital to maintaining financial integrity and accuracy ahead of critical deadlines.
