Job Title: Accounting Consultant

Required Skills:
- Extensive audit experience with a strong background in addressing complex accounting needs
- Proven track record in ERP remediation and process optimization
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members for increased efficiency
- Deadline-driven, client-focused, and highly organized
- Availability to work 40 hours/week, with participation in early morning meetings (as early as 7:00 AM PST)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Active CPA license
- Hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce)
- Prior experience within the educational software and services industry
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on audit and consulting for organizations undergoing transformation projects

- This role is fully onsite; candidates must be able to attend meetings early in the morning or as scheduled
