Our client, a leader in the Technology sector, is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team for an ongoing engagement. This project involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assist the office leader and other team members. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

Grocery and lunch ordering

Maintaining office supplies

Setting up new hire desks

Ordering new hire equipment

Requesting access cards for office visitors and new employees

Helping to schedule office events

Assisting with travel recommendations

Ad-hoc requests from the office leader and other team members
Required Skills & Experience:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

Prior experience in a similar role (experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment, supporting senior executives, is preferred).

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience interacting with external partners.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
