About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the Technology sector, is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant
to join their team for an ongoing engagement. This project involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and assist the office leader and other team members. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day office logistics, including ordering groceries and lunch, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding by setting up new hire desks, ordering equipment, and requesting access cards.
- Processing access card requests for office visitors and new employees.
- Providing scheduling support for office events and assisting team members with travel recommendations.
- Executing ad-hoc administrative requests from the office leader and other team members.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role (experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate environment, is preferred).
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including experience interacting professionally with external partners.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
