Administrative Assistant (Part-Time from 9-2PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and log incoming mail, remittances, and accompanying documentation for processing.
- Organize and batch mail by category, ensuring proper tracking and traceability of all incoming items.
- Operate remittance processing equipment to open, scan, and record payments, forms, and envelopes with high accuracy.
- Review incoming documents to ensure all required information is present and escalate any discrepancies or incomplete records.
- Process physical and electronic records in accordance with established internal procedures.
- Maintain secure and orderly document storage systems, and coordinate timely and compliant destruction of records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and improve processing inefficiencies.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Proven reliability and dependability in professional or academic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft PCs and basic tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
