Experience generating complex reports and managing administrative projects from inception to completion.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Engagement Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our Manager of Associate Engagement. In this role, you will act as a central hub for the department, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to research information, respond to inquiries, and manage the distribution of Service Awards. Beyond traditional secretarial duties, you will play a key role in the success of company events—requiring you to collaborate across departments and provide "all-hands-on-deck" support to solve problems in real-time. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to oversee complex projects while ensuring daily routine tasks are executed with precision.
