4 month Contract
Hybrid- Tuesdays onsite, possibly more depending on business needs
Required:
- 5+ years experience handling complex calendar management- scheduling, catering, room bookings, and follow-up.
- Strong communication skills to be a liaison across departments and divisions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experience with Invoice Management
- Experience with event management- Key event planning for organizations team summit meeting(s)
- Experience supporting a Talent and/or HR team
- Strategic Support: Act as the primary point of contact for TA leaders, filtering requests and ensuring critical information reaches the right stakeholders.
- Logistics & Planning: Lead the execution of team summits and organizational events while managing day-to-day gifts, floral deliveries, and ad-hoc administrative projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Involve appropriate associates from various departments to resolve issues and ensure organizational alignment.
- Information Management: Respond to research requests and monitor ongoing administrative projects to ensure timely completion.
