Start Date:  ASAP

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in AI testing and Generative AI solutions, is looking for a skilled AI Governance Manager  to join their team for a 12-month engagement. This project involves developing and enforcing enterprise-wide AI usage policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the AI risk framework. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and enforcing enterprise-wide AI usage policies and ethics guidelines.
  • Leading "AI Impact Assessments" for new technical projects to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act).
  • Maintaining the registry of all AI models in production, including their data lineage and safety profiles.
  • Managing the audit process for AI systems to ensure transparency and explainability.
  • Training the broader organization on responsible AI practices and risk management.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management involving legal, engineering, and product.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team.
